President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has arrived in Cairo, Egypt, marking the beginning of a three-day working state visit. The President was warmly received by Dr. Hani Sewilam, Egypt's Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, alongside Uganda's delegation led by State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Okello Oryem.

The state visit, which was extended by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Uganda and Egypt. Over the next two days, President Museveni and President El-Sisi will engage in high-level talks, focusing on key areas of mutual interest.
